The children in Class 2 have been learning about the festivals belonging to different faiths.  We talked about how during the Festival of Ramadan  Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset.  The children talked about all the different things they do during the day to try and understand what a long time it would be to go without food and drink.

Summer Fair Fun

Mrs LLoyd our Head Teacher took a turn in the stocks and helped us to raise over £1000 by allowing the children to throw wet sponges at her!

The children in Class 3 visited the Architects Office

The children are taking a very active part in working with the architects on the proposed plans of our new school.

We had a visit from a local craftworker

A local craftworker visited Class 2 and showed us how to dye, card and spin wool. We had a go at using a loom to weave with wool.
